Posco Poggenamp boasts of state of the art facility for their manufacturing process in Vavdi, Kheda, near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The corporate office is located in the city of Ahmedabad.

State of the art technology and facilities at the manufacturing unit have aided the company to meet the stringent requirements of client’s consistently. All facilities under one roof ensure the production of world class products from inception to completion until they reach the customers.

Posco Poggenamp own a high-tech manufacturing facility at village Vavdi, District Kheda spread over 46,000 sq. meters of land and 10,000 sq. meters of built up area. The entire plant is totally dust proof and naturally cooled through reverse air pressure.

Process/Facilities

We offer quality manufactured products with total solutions for both conventional and step-lap configuration using only prime quality CRGO materials. Rectangular strips with multiple hole options in CRGO and CRNGO is also offered.

Five CNC cut-to-length lines (CTL) can accommodate widths from 30 mm to 1050 mm.

In-house slitting lines are capable to handle a single coil of 20 MT of weight and 1300 mm with scope to achieve 21 slits at a time.

The second line can accommodate coils weight up to 8 MT and width up to 1250 mm with 16 slits at a time.

The widest range of raw materials and configurations will act as one-stop shop for user industry for all types of power and distributions transformers up to and beyond 315 MVA.

Equipments are designed in a manner to adopt all types of design parameters as desired by the customer.

Packaging for final products:

Once the slitting process is over, all coils will be covered with packaging to avoid any damage during movement from slitter to CTL within premises. Several EOT cranes from 2T up to 30 T ensure seamless transportation of coils/finished products.

Final packaging of laminations would be palletized and stretch wrapped for zero damage to products, when required for longer durations for storing and/or transportation of products.
